An infinitely small proportion of the
world's home-educators

Here are some well known names, and some less well known names, of people who are considered to be home educated.  The list has to be read with a heavy pinch of salt as formal schooling is a very recent 'invention' of the human race.  There is no doubt also that they may have been home educated, but not necessarily full time.

The majority of the names are American, as there are more of them than us in modern times....but Europe is well represented.

I have also added a single link alongside each name.  Sometimes it is useful because we may not have heard of the individual; sometimes it is a more tenuous link that may lead us on to more interesting searches of our own.  If you find any links which are broken or know of an individual who should be added to this list, please contact the EO Webmaster (Note, this page is still under construction.  If you find a link which fits someone, please let me know).
